Mark Wahlberg and Kevin Hart team up in this coming of adulthood comedy set in Los Angeles. This is the fifth time Mark and Mike Gunther have team up to bring action comedy to the screen.
During pre-production, the team worked tirelessly to mix everyday life with the action of the real world. Mike Gunther notably directed a sequence with Kevin Hart and a live cougar. Working with animals always presents a set of challenges but the sequence has gone down as one of Netflix’s funniest moments on its platform.
“Working with Mark is always a dream, he is one of the most talented hard working actors in the business,” Gunther said.
Me Time held the number one spot on Netflix for two weeks and is still considered one of their best original comedies produced.
